Wholegrain Tortelloni
with cheese and spinach
Preparation:
Bring salted water to the boil and add Tortelloni. Simmer for 3 – 5 minutes. Serve with pasta sauce of your choice.
Ingredients:
Dough (70%): durum wheat wholegrain semolina* 70%, water, spinach powder* 2%.
Filling (30%): curd cheese* 45% (low fat), potato flakes*, bread crumbs* (wheat flour*, yeast*, table salt), sunflower oil*, parmesan cheese* 7% (Parmigiano Reggiano), milk*, sea salt, spinach* 1%, nutmeg*, pepper*.
