Schupfnudeln vegan
Preparation:
Preheat frying pan, add some butter and heat Schupfnudeln for 4 – 5 minutes until golden brown. For a vegan preparation use oil instead of butter.
Ingredients:
mashed potatoes* 50% (water, potato flakes*), durum wheat semolina* 15%, potato starch*, water, sea salt, guar gum*, nutmeg*, sunflower oil*.
