Schupfnudeln

Preparation:

Preheat frying pan, add some butter and heat Schupfnudeln for 4 – 5 minutes until golden brown.

mashed potatoes* 50% (water, potato flakes*), durum wheat semolina* 15%, potato starch, water, eggs*, sunflower oil*, sea salt, nutmeg*.
